I have expertise in health care and treatment options; you are the expert on you. Together, we will explore your needs and preferences with the goal of creating a plan that is consistent with your goals and values.

~ Medication management: Thoughtful selection and prescription of medications for mental health. I will work with you to find the best medication to manage your symptoms.
~ Functional Psychiatry: Also known as "root cause medicine," uses testing to determine underlying causes of disease such as nutrient deficiencies, presence of toxins, metabolic issues, etc. (Coming in 2025)
~ Homeopathic Treatment: Classical homeopathy is a whole-person approach to health that stimulates the body's innate healing abilities.
About Me
I have been a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed by New York State since 2008, later adding licensure as a Psychiatric NP. I have extensive experience in palliative care and hospice, and have engaged in study of psychotherapeutic approaches in Internal Family Systems therapy as well as Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment. I have always employed complementary therapies in my practice. I received homeopathic training at the Teleosis School of Homeopathy under the directorship of Joel Kreisberg.
